Our website is designed to be easy to navigate, simple, user friendly and to take the hassle out of much of the repair process.
All we need you to do is to follow the repair menu prompts to navigate to your specific machine and then select your fault.
We don’t believe in attracting customers with one price and aggressively increasing it once we have their machines in our custody. For that reason, we have created a fair and competitively priced ‘fixed fee’ repair menu and provided your machine does not carry inordinately rare parts or suffer from multiple faults, you will pay one ‘all-in’ price and that price is to include collection and return of the machine from and to you respectively.
As you follow the prompts through the checkout process, you will be required to select a collection date. This must be a date where you are home all day (if you will be at work, you can select your work address). This website is integrated with our courier’s system and when an order is processed, it ‘handshakes’ with the courier’s system and lets them know that they need to come to your address on the date specified to collect your consignment.
All that’s left to do is to securely package your console – Be sure to package your machine well so that it can sustain any knocks and bumps in transit and ensure it is sealed with tape. It’s always handy if you scribble some details of your fault on a note and include it with the machine – it will assist our technicians.
The courier will send a driver on your collection date and when the driver arrives, simply hand your package to him/her. The driver will attach labels to the consignment and progress it through their secure network to arrive with us (usually the following working day).
That’s it – you’ve done your part. 🙂
When the machine arrives with us, our technicians will begin the fault identification/repair procedure and work towards getting the machine back to you as soon as we can. If we need anything from you, we will contact you – usually by email.
When your repair is complete, we will release it back to the courier and email you to let you know that it is on it’s way.
